Kelley has been licensed as a real estate sales person since 1993 and her husband, Bill is retired law enforcement. Bill has many years of experience of proactively managing properties, income producing and residential and troubleshooting maintenance problems. He believes in circumventing unplanned large ticket expenses with meticulous upkeep and maintenance.
